Daily Campus Visits
Information sessions and campus tours are offered Monday through Friday, as well as on designated Saturdays. During your visit you will have a 45 minute information session as well as a campus tour led by a current Xavier student. The campus tour will last one hour and 15 minutes, so be sure to plan at least two hours for your visit to Xavier.
Because we want to provide the best experience to each visiting student, we ask for a two-week advanced notice when registering. Sessions may meet capacity, so we suggest registering for your session as soon as you choose a date that works for you. If you are planning on visiting with a friend, be sure that each visiting student registers separately. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after registering for your visit.
Due to the campus calendar and other events, information sessions and tours will not be available on the following days during the spring semester:
- January: 1/7, 1/14, 1/16
- February: 2/11, 2/18
- March: 3/24
- April: 4/5, 4/6, 4/7, 4/8, 4/9
- May: 5/12
*Please also note that the University's Spring Break will take place March 5-9. Information sessions and limited campus tours will available, but during this time, classes are canceled and many of our current students will be away from campus. The Hoff Dining Commons will also be closed March 3-11.
Please note that due to construction, some roads around campus will be closed and others will be reduced to one lane. During this time, portions of Dana Avenue, home to Schott Hall and the Office of Admission, will be under construction, but the entrance to Schott Hall and the Office of Admission parking lot will remain open. Please allow extra time when traveling to campus as the road construction may cause delays.
