Housing Information

The office of residence life provides many learning opportunities in a unique living environment. If your desire is to experience this learning environment it is very important that you apply and submit appropriate deposits early. Please note that on campus housing is assigned on a first-come first serve basis, according to the date your housing deposit is received by the office of admission. Important dates to keep in mind for on campus housing deposits to be submitted are December 15th for spring applicants and May 1st for fall applicants.

Our housing policy is all unmarried freshman and sophomore students, not residing with their legal guardian, or whose home addresses are located beyond a 35 mile radius from Xavier, are expected to reside on campus. Requests for exceptions to this regulation must be submitted in writing to the director of residence life.
