Status of systems and IT news
The Technology Services website is your first stop for information about technology applications and systems. The home page provides a system status checker for our major systems and news about any outages or planned maintenance.
You will find answers to many of your technology questions on our Technology Services website. We offer instructions and tutorials for many applications. There is a knowledge base for 24/7 answers to your questions. Your physical point of connection with all technology services is the Gordon & Nadine Brunner Connection Center on the third floor of the Conaton Learning Commons. The Connection Center is an integrated service point, blending library and help desk services to support the technological and informational needs of the Xavier community. If a particular technology issue requires more intensive staff attention, Connection Center staff will coordinate that for you.
