ACCESSING WIMBA

In Your Blackboard Course

Once Wimba is part of your Blackboard course shell, you can find it
under the 'Communications' link in Blackboard.

ADDING A LINK TO WIMBA CLASSROOM

For those using Wimba frequently, it may be helpful to add a link to the
Wimba Classroom in the left-hand navigation. To do so:

1. Go to the Control Panel
   
   
2. Under 'Course Options',
   click 'Manage Course Menu'.
   
   
3. Click the button to add a tool link.
   
   
4. From the 'Type' drop-down menu, choose 'Wimba Classroom List',
   provide a link name and click 'Submit'.
   
   
5. You will now see that a link for 'Wimba Classroom' is listed in the
   left navigation of your Blackboard course shell.
