Daily Visits and Individual Appointments

Please contact your transfer admission counselor directly to arrange an individual appointment. You can also register online to attend one of our daily information sessions and tours.

The office of admission is located on Dana Avenue on the 2nd floor of Schott Hall (a tall, 10 story building). Parking is available in the lot designated "Admission and Financial Aid". Click here for driving directions to the office of admission.

Transfer Tuesdays

On The Spot Admission Decision

Ready to earn your bachelor’s degree?  If you are age 21 or younger and remain in good academic standing at your current college, pick a Transfer Tuesday to:

1.  Apply for admission (if you have not previously applied as a transfer student).

2.  Bring your official high school and college transcripts for a Transfer Counselor to review.

3.  Receive your admission decision on the spot.

4.  Receive a preliminary credit evaluation to see how your credit transfers into a major.

Please note we cannot make “on the spot decisions” for Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Radiologic Technology majors.

You will also have the opportunity to tour campus and meet with a Financial Aid Counselor.

If you're a transfer student who wants to finish your undergraduate degree or an adult who's ready to complete an education that's been delayed or deferred, Xavier University can help you achieve your goals.

Adult and Transfer Information Sessions are offered in the winter, spring, summer and fall.

Attend one of our information sessions to learn all you need to get started soon:

Complete our Transcript Credit Evaluation Form. Return the form with your transcript, and your credit evaluation will be completed and ready for you at the session you choose to attend.

Online Information Session

If you are looking to learn more about Xavier but don't have time to visit campus you can view our online information session, which covers everything from the admission process to living in Cincinnati.

Additional Visit Programs

Xavier also offers additional visit programs designed to allow students a chance to tour campus, meet professors and learn more about opportunities to become involved on campus.

Preview Day, for accepted students only, is designed to allow admitted students an opportunity to experience what it's really like to be a student at Xavier.

X-perience Day is an open house that allows students and parents an opportunity to learn more about Xavier.  During X-Day, you'll have the chance to meet Xavier faculty, staff and students, and tour campus.  There will also be a chance to learn more about the admission and financial aid process.  Visit the X-Day page for more details and to register to attend upcoming information sessions in the fall and spring.
