Mini grants available
The Center for Mission and Identity, in support of the Xavier Way Strategic Plan, invites faculty and staff to submit proposals for projects focused on immigration, migration and refugees. The goal is to fund a variety of activities that are imaginative and engage broadly with the Xavier community during the 2016-2017 academic year. Plastic bag collection
In the Loop (ITL), a student fiber arts and yarn craft club, is collecting clean plastic bags to repurpose into crocheted sleeping mats for the homeless. They will accept bags at the main office or lobby of most academic buildings on campus. Contact ITL co-president Lindsay Weaver at email@example.com with questions. The Office of Purchasing introduces new Shred-It program procedures for FY17. All departments wishing to receive automatic, monthly document destruction services must complete the Shred-It order form by June 28.
Admission parking lot closed
The Admission parking lot will be closed on Saturday, July 2, from approximately 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. to allow Physical Plant to complete necessary preparations for Schott Hall exterior building work.
