undergraduate, graduate, international and transfer students via
the admission home
page.
- Undergraduate and graduate financial aid information is
available online and
includes access to further information on scholarships, grants,
assistantships, loans, and employment.

online and can be submitted electronically (with some exceptions)

- University catalogs describing the available programs, degrees
and colleges are available online in pdf
format. The Xavier University catalog also provides updated course
descriptions, graduation requirements, and university personnel
for all degree programs.
- Class schedules are available via the registrar’s
office and may be accessed online.

student information/data online?
- Students may access and make changes to some personal
information via Student Online
Services (SOS). The Student Online Services system is used to
allow students to:
- Register for classes and check course availability
- Adjust their course schedule
- Check course grades
- Check for outstanding fees and bills as well as make online
payments

Can a student find out his grades
online or by phone at the end of a semester?
- Students are able to access their final grades for a given
semester via Student Online
Services. More information regarding student access to grade
reports are available online via the Registrar. [top]
Is registration, including dropping
and adding courses, processed electronically?
- Course registration can be conducted online via Student Online
Services.
- Courses may be dropped via Student Online
Services during the schedule adjustment period. Beyond the
schedule adjustment period students must submit a drop/add form to
the office of the registrar. The form for adding/dropping courses
is available online in pdf format and should be turned in to the
registrar’s office to be processed. More
information regarding registration and schedule changes are

Can students pay bills, receive
loans, make campus bookstore purchases using online procedures?
- - Xavier accepts online payment for bills and fees online via electronic checks and credit card (American Express, Master
Card, Discover) through the bursar’s office.
- Online
Loan Applications and PLUS loan form are available from
bursar’s office online.
- Bookstore purchases can be made online by visiting the university

are covered by "smart cards" or "debit cards"?
- The University’s ALL Card student ID and debit card has
multiple campus and off campus functions including:
- Access to library materials, resources and services
- Self-checkout of library materials
- Access to Student Online Services (grades, registration,
course schedule, and bills)
- Campus dining services (as meal plan or via debit card
payment)
- Sports center access
- Athletic ticket office
- Photocopying
- Laundry facilities
- Postage costs when mailing from the university mailroom (via
debit card payment)
- Bookstore purchases (via debit card payment)
- Telephone long-distance fees
- Campus vending machines
- Off-campus students presenting their ALL Card to area
merchants receive discounts on entertainment, food, instruction,
lodging, recreation and other retail merchants.

What student information does the
campus provide routinely to parents?
- - Xavier University acts in accordance with the Family
Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) providing students with
the right of access to their educational records and right to
privacy regarding this access. General information for parents
regarding campus life and student activities is available online.
