University Apartments - $220/week SOLD OUT!
As part of the VIP Experience (Very Independent Person), the University Apartments are an ideal option for interns seeking single occupancy apartment-style living at the heart of campus.
- Residents: Interns, male and female (one person per apartment)
- Rooms: 12 units in the building. Each apartment unit includes one bedroom (housing one intern), one full bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
- Furniture Provided: Each unit contains 3 extra-long twin beds & mattresses, 3 desks, and 3 chairs. Kitchens include a small refrigerator, stove, dining table and chairs. Living room includes a sofa.
- Room Amenities: Window air conditioning units, Internet connection (wireless and wired), cable
- Building Amenities: Laundry facilities, mailboxes in entry of building (mail is delivered by Norwood Post Office)
- One-Bedroom Room Apartment Rates (Summer 2013): $220/week. All utilities are included. We consider a week to run Sunday through Saturday. Whichever day of the week you move in or out, you will have to pay that entire week’s rent.
