Businesses Seeking Summer Housing for Interns
Registration for summer 2015 is NOW ACTIVE !
We get it!
You're bringing the best and brightest talent to the Greater Cincinnati area. But what happens after hours? The interns can't sleep in the stairwell or camp out behind the copier! Xavier University offers affordable, comfortable and convenient Summer Intern Housing in our apartment-style living quarters.
Intern housing is available May 17* to August 8, 2015 in fully furnished, air-conditioned, modern apartments which include free WiFi, cable television and parking.
We offer three tiers of housing at various price points, with each providing interns opportunities to network and learn from 400+ other interns from a variety of industries.
- The VIP Experience (Very Independent Person) offers single occupancy living in University Apartments, 1019 Dana Apartments and Manor House Apartments. It's single living at it's finest - a one bedroom or efficiency apartment that the intern will have all to themselves!
- The Business Class offers shared apartment living (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms) with corporate-style conveniences in Buenger Hall. Coffee, newspaper, printer, boardroom-style meeting space and weekly custodial service of apartment bathrooms - your interns will think they're staying in a business-class hotel!
- The Suite Deal offers shared living in the 4 bedroom Commons Apartments or the condo-style 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom Village Apartments.
We can arrange housing directly with your organization's HR/intern coordinator, or you can opt to have your interns register and pay for housing themselves. You can even choose to partially pay for your interns' housing -- if you wish, the amount you pay can even be different for each intern - -allowing you infinite ways to incentivize the housing packages when hiring your interns!
No matter which options you choose we'll do our best to ensure a care-free living experience for your interns--and there will be no bivouacking in the boardroom!
* some limited housing may be come available for the week May 10-16, 2015
