Buenger Hall - $160/week per person

Reserved for the Business Class: Shared living quarters for the business-minded intern

Buenger Hall offers a unique living environment of suite-style rooms and offers amenities similar to those available to corporate travelers.

Residents: Interns, suites of all-males and all-females (no suites of mixed genders)
Rooms: Suite style - two, three, or four bedrooms (one intern per bedroom) with 1 1/2 bathrooms and a furnished common area.
Furniture Provided: Each bedroom is furnished with an extra long twin bed & mattress, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Each common area includes a couch, 2 chairs, 2 end tables, mini fridge, and microwave. Buenger apartments do not have full kitchens.
Room Amenities: Air conditioning, carpet in common area (not in bedrooms), Internet connection (wireless and wired), cable
Building Amenities: Laundry facilities, communal full kitchen in the lower level, study lounges, recreation rooms, chapel, music room (with piano), vending machines.
Business Amenities:
- Business center with desk-top computer, and printer (free).
- Boardroom-style meeting room (available to interns for meetings/group projects at no charge).
- Free Cincinnati Enquirer, Wall Street Journal and Financial Times in the lobby each morning.
- Free coffee in the lobby each morning.
Exceptional Amenity: Free weekly custodial servicing of Buenger apartment bathrooms.
Room Rates (Summer 2013): $160/week per person. All utilities are included. We consider a week to run Sunday through Saturday. Whichever day of the week you move in or out, you will have to pay that entire week’s rent.

If you move in any day during the week May 12 thru May 18 you will pay rent for that entire week.

(hint #1: Get the most for your money by moving in on a Sunday or early in the week if it’s at all possible!)
