A World of Opportunity

In addition to opportunities sponsored through Xavier, the Office of Study Abroad is a resource center that advises students about opportunities sponsored by other universities, consortia, and institutes. Through these programs, Xavier students have recently studied in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Costa Rica, Denmark, Panama, and South Africa, among other locations. Co-op opportunities for Xavier students exist through the Institute for International Education. The Office of Study Abroad assists students in planning short-term and long-term academic programs, internships, and work placements. Students are encouraged to maximize the benefits from a study abroad experience by planning early.
