Welcome Commuter Students

Commuter students are an important part of the Xavier community and the Manresa program. Commuter students are those students not residing in university-owned housing. For first year students, this means you are commuting to campus from a family home. Throughout the summer, commuters will receive information in the mail about the Manresa program including features for commuter students. Below is information to help make your Manresa experience proceed with ease.

Important Manresa Info

• Arrive to campus between 1:00-2:30 p.m. for Manresa check-in on August 21.
• Follow the driving directions to park in the Cohen lot.
• Check-in for Manresa is inside the Cintas Center.
• Remember to schedule time off work to attend all Manresa events from Friday, August 21 - Monday, August 24.
• Purchase a commuter student parking pass.

Friday, August 21 Events

• Information Fair & Open Houses in the Gallagher Student Center.
• Presidential Welcome & Community Celebration at 3:15 p.m.
• Meet your small group for your first meeting and dinner at 5:15 p.m.
• Attend the Commuter Student Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
