Application and Selection Process 

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Manresa Orientation Team. Please make sure you read through all application materials carefully and follow instructions. OT APPLICATION TIMELINE

Week of November 26: OT Abroad Applications Available

Week of December 4: OT Abroad Interviews Begin

Monday, January 7: Applications Available Online

Thursday, January 31: Applications due via OrgSync by 11:59pm

Friday, February 8-Thursday, February 14: Individual Interviews, GSC 200
Sign-up online beginning January 28. Sign up links will be below.

Week of February 18: Orientation Team Announced

Sunday, April 7 (3-6pm) or Tuesday, April 9 (6:30-9:30pm): Spring Training
Cintas Center, Conference Level

The application can also be found by logging in to OrgSync and clicking on the Xavier Musketeers portal under organizations then clicking forms and finding the Manresa Orientation Team Application 2013.

INTERVIEW SIGN-UPS

Once your application is complete, you will need to sign-up for an interview. Click one of the links below to sign-up for an interview time slot. If a date is not listed, it is full.

Please only sign-up for one time slot. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact Molly immediately via email (duganm@xavier.edu).

INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE IN GALLAGHER ROOM 200.

*At this time, interview times are only available on Saturday and Sunday. If you have extenuating circumstances and absolutely cannot interview on Saturday or Sunday, please contact Molly to discuss options.
 
*Note: If you have not signed up for an interview by 5:00pm on Thursday, February 7, we will assume you are no longer interested in participating in the OT Selection process.
