Sophomore Leadership Challenge (SLC) is a month long program to develop exemplary leadership practices and confident leadership. The program is for sophomores only, and meets only 4 times, all in the same month. SLC is adapted from the book Student Leadership Challenge by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner.
