Involvement Interns

Student Involvement's Interns are student leaders who work as a team to assist with the advancement of Office of Student Involvement programs and provide direct support for the office while continually developing and enhancing their individual leadership skills and talents.

Leadership Development

Leadership Development Interns create and facilitate leadership programming. The interns work closely with the Assistant Director of Leadership and Orientation to provide opportunities for all students to grow in leadership through workshops, retreats, and speakers such as the Emerging Leaders Initiative and the Sophomore Leadership Challenge. Student Organizations & Programming

Student Organization & Programming Interns are involved in the creation and implementation of many programs, including The Muskies and Spring Involvement Fair. They work closely with the Associate Director of Student Involvement to offer support and training for student clubs and organizations. Please contact us for more information!

Intern Applications

Applications for Involvement Internships are open! To apply for an internship, please complete the following:

1. Read the application information and position descriptions very carefully. 

2. Submit the One App
      a. For candidates that have previously submitted the One App,
       please email xuinvolvement@xavier.edu to indicate your
       interest in a position. You will then sign-up for an interview.
       You do NOT need to resubmit the One App. 

3. Sign-up HERE for an interview! Interviews will take place April 14th - 16th.

4. Arrive on time for your interview in the Office of Student Involvement, Gallagher 210.
