With over 160 campus clubs to choose from, our student organizations truly offer something for everyone!  Students have an opportunity to meet and interact with most of these groups at two major events during the academic year: Club Day in September, on the Xavier Yard and Winter Club Day in January, in Gallagher Student Center.

With over 160 clubs and organizations to choose from...  Which will you choose?

Club Day will take place during the fall Week of Welcome, outside on the Xavier Yard on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 11am-2pm.

Winter Club Day will take place in the Gallagher Student Center on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 11am-2pm.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration for Club Day will open August 1, 2016

Process to Register:
Only recognized Student Organizations are eligible to exhibit at Winter Club Day. No other student groups are eligible to participate. To register, interested groups must complete this registration form. Once approved, we will contact the submitter to inform you of your acceptance and provide further instruction.

Because of limited space in the Gallagher Student Center, registration is on a first-come basis. Only student organizations who submitted their Mid Year Report by the deadline in December are eligible to participate in this event. Specific location requests will not be considered. Student organizations will be assigned a location based on the order of registration, with the first to register receiving the best location.

Xavier Offices and Departments may register, but are not guaranteed a table due to space limitations. Only if there are available tables will these groups be notified that they are participants.

New this year, Limited Affiliation Groups are permitted to participate in Winter Club Day!

Fundraising is prohibited at the Spring Involvement Fair. You may not collect monies or operate any kind of fundraiser at your table. You are welcome to promote upcoming fundraisers as long as they are registered, approved fundraisers with the Office of Student Involvement.
