Senior Week

Senior Week is May 11 - 16, 2015           #XUSeniorWeek

The Senior Week program offers the Xavier graduating class a unique experience by providing a week-long series of events from the close of Final Exams leading up to Commencement.  Seniors are able to purchase Senior Week packages to participate in all of the events and activities throughout the week.  Packages are available for purchase online beginning in February.

Senior Week Packages are no longer on sale. Contact seniorboard@xavier.edu with questions.

Early Bird Packages Feb 1 - March 1 $125 per package
Full Price Packages March 1 - April 1 $155 per package

All Senior Week Package sales end at 5pm (EDT) on April 1, 2015 in order to provide enough time to coordinate logistics and finalize counts and ticketing for all of the events.

Physical packages (including a final schedule of events as well as ticketing for activities) will be available for pick-up during the last week of classes (week of April 27, 2015).  At the time of picking up their package, Seniors will need to finalize any additional ticket purchases and also select options related to some of the events (ie. time of brunch).

Senior Ball tickets are sold separately and are not included in Senior Week Packages but may also be purchased online or in person at package pick-up.  Seniors may purchase up to two (2) Ball tickets.
Price = $25.00 each until March 1, then price increases to $30 each

Senior Family Brunch tickets are not included in Senior Week Packages. Senior Family Brunch tickets may be purchased online or in person at package pick-up.  Seniors may purchase an unlimited number of Senior Family Brunch tickets.  Price = $13.00 each

All purchasing students will be verified for eligibility. View the PDF below for more information about participant eligibility.
