The Senior Board is a University-Affiliated Organization that exists to celebrate the Xavier senior experience by providing activities that reflect the culmination of a developmental experience as an undergraduate student.

$10 Tickets on sale in Gallagher Student Center
One (1) ticket per Senior and one (1) All-Card per person. 
This is a Seniors Only Event.  No guests.

Limited tickets (350) are available based on capacity and fire code.  We strongly encourage you to buy your ticket early in the week.

All Winter Ball attendees MUST ride Senior Board-provided buses.  You may not drive yourself or be dropped off by others.  Only Seniors arriving on Senior Board-provided transportation will be permitted entry.  No exceptions.

Buses depart from the circle behind Gallagher Student Center (on University Drive - NOT in front of Bellarmine Chapel).  Winter Ball attendees must bring their Winter Ball ticket and government-issued photo ID.  

Senior Week

Senior Week is May 11 - 16, 2015           #XUSeniorWeek

The Senior Week program offers the Xavier graduating class a unique experience by providing a week-long series of events from the close of Final Exams leading up to Commencement.  Seniors are able to purchase Senior Week packages to participate in all of the events and activities throughout the week.  Packages are available for purchase online beginning in February.

All Senior Week Package sales end at 5pm (EDT) on (TBD) in order to provide enough time to coordinate logistics and finalize counts and ticketing for all of the events. 

Physical packages (including a final schedule of events as well as ticketing for activities) will be available for pick-up during the week of April 27, 2015.  At the time of picking up their package, Seniors will need to finalize any additional ticket purchases and also select options related to some of the events (ie. time of brunch).

One (1) additional Senior Ball ticket may be purchased online with package or in person at package pick-up.  Price = $25.00

Unlimited additional Senior Family Brunch tickets may be purchased online with package or in person at package pick-up.  Price = $13.00

Your package includes:
  • Senior Week Wristband, giving you access to all events
  • 1 ticket to the ticketed events (i.e. Kings Island)
  • Transportation to off-campus events

These events are subject to change based on venue availability and the discretion of the Senior Board and Office of Student Involvement. 

You may not bring alcohol or other substances to any of the Senior Week activities.  Bags are subject to search upon departure for all of the events.

2015 Senior Week Schedule is not available.  Check back in January/February 2015.

Friday, May 15
12pm-2pm - Senior Family Brunch in the Hoff Dining Commons**
          Families will choose between two brunch sessions: 12-1pm or 1-2pm. 
          Due to capacity, your choice must be pre-determined and students
          will be asked to make their selection during package pick-up (the week
          of April 28).

5pm - Baccalaureate Mass in the Cintas Center

Saturday, May 16
9am - Commencement Ceremonies in the Cintas Center

*Transportation will be provided.  You must use Xavier-provided busing to the event.

**Your Senior Week package will include your ticket to the Senior Ball, Boat Dance and Senior Family Brunch.  You have the option to purchase (1) additional ticket for Senior Ball and additional tickets for your guests to the Brunch when you purchase your Senior Week package online.
