Friday, October 19
| 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Family Weekend Check-In Gallagher Student Center - First Floor Please stop by the front desk of the Gallagher Student Center to pick up your Family Weekend wristband to attend all Family Weekend events. This year, the first 450 families to check-in will also receive a Family Weekend Fleece Blanket as a memento. You must check-in during the hours of operation to receive your wristband and fleece blanket. |
| 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. | Free admission to O’Connor Sports Center with Family Weekend wristband!* You must provide a valid photo ID and sign a liability waiver. Check out our facility – we would love to have you join us! |
| 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. | The Xavier University Parents Association invites you to join parents and friends for a Hospitality Reception.* Andy’s Mediterranean Grille in Ryans Pub located in the Gallagher Student Center Please join members of the Parents Association Advisory Council for an opportunity to mix and mingle with other parents and friends attending Family Weekend. Complimentary appetizers and cash bar available. |
| 6:30 p.m. | Women’s Soccer vs. Duquesne* Soccer Complex The team takes on the Dukes from Duquesne University. Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. |

| 8:00 p.m. | Hairspray Gallagher Student Center Theater The 1950’s are out and change is in the air! Based on the movie of the same name, the newly combined Department of Music and Theatre is proud to present Hairspray, winner of 9 Tony Awards including Best Musical. Hairspray is a family-friendly musical piled bouffant-high with laughter, romance, and deliriously tuneful songs. Additional fee charged: Faculty/Staff/Children/Seniors/XU Students - $7 in advance, $10 at the door. General Adult - $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Hairspray tickets ordered through the Family Weekend website can be found in your registration packet. The Gallagher Student Center Box Office will be open 7:00pm through intermission for sales and will-call pick-up of tickets not ordered through the Family Weekend website. |

Bingo at the Cintas Center* The always popular Xavier-style bingo. It's a night the whole family will enjoy, filled with plenty of games, door prizes, food and fun. Come ready to yell BINGO and win lots of exciting prizes! This event will be held in the space formerly occupied as the Hoff Marketplace at Cintas Center. |

| 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Brunch on Campus* Hoff Marketplace, Fenwick Place Come and enjoy a full service brunch at the Hoff Marketplace including all your breakfast favorites. Guests will enjoy made to order omelets, delicious breakfast potatoes and meats, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and breakfast breads, fresh fruit and yogurt, as well as make your own X waffle and more! Dining on campus never tasted so good! Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. |

| 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Intramural Sports Family Field Day* Outdoor Volleyball and B-ball Courts Come out to the sand volleyball and outdoor basketball courts for some play time! Shoot baskets, play sand volleyball or cornhole. Feel free to play a game with your family and/or participate in fun competitions like Horse and Knockout organized by our intramural sports student employees. Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. |

| 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Stand-up Paddleboarding Demo* O’Connor Sports Center Pool Try the fastest growing paddle sport in America; Stand-up Paddle Boarding. This activity combines the skill of paddling with the upright position of surfing. Please bring your own swimsuit and towel; locker rooms will be available. Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. |

Musketeer Fanfest on the Plaza* Come and enjoy music, games and meet the members of both the Men's and Women's basketball teams before heading into the Cintas Center for Musketeer Madness. Men's and Women's basketball teams will be signing autographs from 5:00pm-5:30pm at the event. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. |
