Duties

Regular meetings

Attend weekly Executive meetings and bi-weekly General meetings

Executive financial operations

Facilitate transactions with the primary Association budget account.

Maintain updated figures for transactions, categorized according to the approved RSA budget. Post figures on the RSA web site.

Acquire necessary co-sponsorship for Executive programming, including contacting on-campus organizations, filling out required paperwork, attending organization meetings when possible, completing the transfer and providing necessary follow-up after program.

Post monthly Campus Voice posters in residence halls (8) and apartment buildings (2).

Council financial operations

Facilitate a session for Treasurers during fall training. Treasurers should understand how to handle financial transactions, associated forms and codes and brainstorm on sources of co-sponsorship.  

Facilitate discussions about financial operations during General meetings. Representatives should address unresolved issues and problems of individual councils as a large problem-solving group.

Maintain regular communication with Treasurers. Assist in addressing issues and problems individually faced.

Committee

Be prepared to serve as a committee chair.

Call and facilitate all committee meetings.

Act as project manger to executive the charge of the committee. Review status of associated tasks. Facilitate decision making by the committee.

Hold committee members accountable for responsibilities to the committee and confront any associated issues.
