Attend weekly Executive meetings and bi-weekly General meetings.
Serve as the liaison between NACURH, CAACURH and the Association.

Keep abreast of all changes in NACURH, CAACURH and the Association.
Organize and submit a research or resource report on some aspect of Xavier's residential living environment, government or programs to the National Information Center once per year.
Give reports on CAACURH and NACURH at each Executive and General meeting.
Keep a notebook or file of all correspondence received and sent.
Communicate regularly with the Regional Board of Directors and other NCCs in your region.
Answer all correspondence -- letters, questionnaires -- promptly.
Keep regional and national newsletters for reference, and submit articles. Share the information you receive in these newsletters with the Association.
See that the Association takes advantage of all benefits and services offered by NACURH and your region.
Request files, reports and video tapes from the National Information Center. Each school receives 100 free pages a year (see your Resource Files Index).
Utilize NACURH corporate sponsors and corporate contract discounts.
Submit Of The Month nominations to the regional association.
Submit nominations for other regional or national awards and honors, when applicable. (See the awards section of this handbook.)
Manage and facilitate all Student Advantage Campus Services (formerly OCM) programs (Welcome Packs, Linen, Exam Packs, Diploma Display and Student Advantage).
Submit registration materials to Student Advantage on-time.
Act as the project manager for all programs. Review status of associated tasks. Make necessary decisions and facilitate decision making by the Executive when appropriate.
Submit student data required for each program.
Create a project plan for each program. Project plans should outline each task involved, steps to complete task, due date and dependencies on other tasks.
Responsible for all pre-conference materials, arrangements and communication.
Submit conference registration materials and fees on time.
Make sure program session forms are returned, and assist in the preparation of any sessions from Xavier.
Responsible for the school display, banner or other region-specific activities, if desired the Association.
Call and facilitate weekly delegation meetings during 4-6 weeks prior to the conference. Act as project manager for conference operations.
Serve as the delegation chairperson of the Association during regional and national conferences.
Chairperson of delegation, recognized spokesperson for group.
Official representative at business meetings of your region and NACURH.
Attend all NCC meetings at regional and national conferences.
Report to your delegation about the business conducted at the meetings.
Facilitate a post-conference de-briefing.
Have delegation brainstorm after the conference.
Generate a list of all ideas (regardless of feasibility)
Present to the General Body for discussion of what could be implemented.
Make sure membership dues are paid and registration forms are taken care of at the National Conference or sent in to NIC by June 15 of each year.
Responsible for assisting in the planning of all conferences by sharing ideas with the Conference Chairperson and staff.
Be prepared to serve as a committee chair.
Call and facilitate all committee meetings.
Act as project manger to executive the charge of the committee. Review status of associated tasks. Facilitate decision making by the committee.
Hold committee members accountable for responsibilities to the committee and confront any associated issues.
