History

June 28, 2001 Telecommunications has made no significant progress with Broadwing. The problems are not only occurring for resident long distance but also office long distance. There are very vested in both causes and are working to the best of their ability to take appropriate action to return reliable long distance service to the campus.
June 24, 2001 RSA emailed Telecommunications for an update on Broadwing resolving the billing issues.
June 21, 2001 A student living in the Village for the summer reported that her statement had not been received for about 2-3 months. After calling Broadwing at their number on the statement, they told the student that they couldn't help them since it was a Xavier account. Telecommunications gave the student a different number to call, and after twenty minutes, the student was informed of their outstanding balance.
May 2001
Broadwing was contacted about the billing issue.  A representative indicated they are aware of the problem and working to fix it.
