Steve Weissenburger, President
The request to change the by-laws was approved by Senate today.
Steve announced the appointment of himself as chair of the Elections Committee. A motion was made to accept the appointment and approved.
Elections will occur on Monday, January 27 with applications for candidacy due on Friday, January 24. Information about that will made available next week.
Steve discussed now as a good time to consider whether representatives and committee members want to remain active second semester.
Misti Franklin, Vice President
Misti reported that she was sick over break, but is better now.
5) Report of the Advisors:
Kevin asked how everyone's Thanksgiving holiday was.
6) Report of the Communities:
Brockman: nothing to report
Buenger: All Hall is this Friday and Crosstown Shootout showing this Saturday.
Husman: All Hall is this Wednesday (Bingo) and they are participating in Adopt-a-Family.
Kuhlman: All Hall was last Monday. Attendance was 150.
7) Report of the Committees:
Programming Committee
Bingo is this Saturday at 9:30 in the O'Connor Sports Center Gym.
8) Business:
S. Weissenburger moved to amend the transition to the new term office to allow officers to change their position with approval of the Executive. The motion passed.
