PREP Checklist

Step One: Submit Your Deposit fo the Office of Admission

Deadline: May 1, 2012
Online: www.xavier.edu/deposit or Mail completed form enclosed in acceptance packet and mail with check payable to "Xavier University" prior to May 1^st.
Tuition deposit: $200
Housing deposit: $200 (if applicable)

Deadline: All PREP on-line Registration forms must be received by May 2, 2012
Online: www.xavier.edu/prep
On-line PREP Registration must be completed by the student to ensure accurate academic information for Academic Advising and preparation for scheduling of classes in appropriate majors.
Fee: $30.00 per person (pay online when you register for PREP). You may use American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA credit cards, or have your bank routing and account number for savings or checking account.
Change of Date Fee: $50.00 (Check your family calendar so you won't incur this charge!)

On-Campus Accomodations in Dorm: $30.00 per person, per night (must arrive by 10:00 p.m.). Make room reservation and pay on-line during the Registration process in Step Two.
