Brockman Hall



Brockman Hall is home to just under 300 first-year students.  Conveniently located on the North side of campus, it is just steps away from the student center, dining hall, sports center, and classrooms. 
Resident Population: First-year students (genders are separated by wing)
Dining Options: A Residential Meal Plan is required
Room Types: Offers mostly double rooms (2 students per room) , a few triples and quads
Bathrooms: Each wing offers a community-style bathroom and shower area
Handicapped Accessible: Handicapped accessible rooms are available
Room Furnishings: Each resident receives an X-Long Twin Bed & Mattress, Desk, Chair, and a built-in Wardrobe
Room Amenities: Air conditioning, Internet connection (Wired & Wireless), and Cable TV are standard
Building Amenities: Laundry facilities, Kitchenette, Study Lounges, Recreation Room, and Vending
Room Rate: $3,060 for a double, $2,405 for a triple, and $2,080 for a quad (per semester)
