Brockman Hall is home to just under 300 first-year students, and gives students the opportunity to participate in Living Learning Communities. Conveniently located on the North side of campus, it is just steps away from the student center, dining hall, sports center, and classrooms.

||Offers mostly double rooms (2 students per bedroom), some expanded occupancy triple rooms, and a few quad rooms (4 students per bedroom)
||Each wing offers a community-style bathroom and shower area
||Handicapped accessible rooms are available
||Each resident receives a Twin Bed & Mattress, Desk, Chair, and a built-in Wardrobe
||Air conditioning, Internet connection (Wired & Wireless), and Cable TV are standard
||Laundry facilities, Kitchenette, Study Lounges, Recreation Room, and Vending
