Student Dorm Telephone Request Form

All students living on campus in a residence hall can request a landline telephone line to be installed in their dorm. You must provide your own telephone; caller-ID service is provided to telephones equipped with that capability. We discourage the use of 2.4Ghz Cordless phones, as these phones interfere with the campus wireless network. All requests will be completed within 1 business week.

Please note: Although you are being assigned a landline telephone number through Xavier University, this number will NOT be available to any staff/faculty at the university except for the Office of Residence Life.
