The housing contract your signed is for the entire 2009-10 academic year. In order to be released from your contract for the 2010 spring semester, you must complete either an On Campus Housing Contract Release Application or a Change in Housing Status form and return it to the Office of Residence Life (3735 Ledgewood). Failure to do so will result in you being charged room for the spring semester. (Note: In order to cancel a board plan, you need to contact the Auxiliary Services Office directly.)
If you are planning to move home or to an apartment off campus, you need to complete an On Campus Housing Contract Release Application. This application needs to be returned to the Office of Residence Life for final approval.
If you are graduating, studying abroad for the spring, withdrawing or transferring, you need to complete a Change in Housing Status for Second Semester form. Return the form to the Office of Residence Life.
