First Year Check-In
Are you a new student moving to Xavier this fall? We are looking forward to welcoming you to your new home!
First year students will check in on Thursday, August 18th. You will receive more detailed information from Manresa. If you would like to move in on Wednesday, August 17th, please register on the Road to Xavier beginning in early July.
Start thinking about packing for life on campus! Check out these tips.
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors living in The Commons, The Village, 1019 Dana, University Apartments, Manor House, Kuhlman Hall, and Buenger Hall will have move-in hours of Saturday, August 20th from 10 am - Midnight, and on Sunday, August 21st from 10 am - Midnight.
*Students living in Fenwick Place have been notified via email about scheduled move-in times due to congestion and parking around the building. Please adhere to the schedule to ensure a smooth process.

Need to arrive on campus early? Submit an early arrival request today by logging into http://www.xavier.edu/thd and selecting the Early Move-In Request from the Application drop down menu.
Order a carpet for your room and have it laid out in your room for you on opening day. Easier than packing it on top of your car!
Order linens to fit your mattress at Xavier along with a few other miscellaneous items) and have them delivered to your home in time for packing for the fall semester.
You might want to consider a space maximizer for your desk. Delivered to Xavier and ready for your pick-up upon your arrival on campus, no assembly. This is a very popular item created by a Xavier graduate!
