Brockman Hall

Brockman Hall was built in 1953 and is the only all first year student residence. Unlike the three other residence halls, Brockman has common area rest rooms and shower facilities on each floor. Brockman Hall houses students in double and expanded occupancy rooms . All of the students on a wing share a common bathroom.  Substance free living is available upon demand.  Brockman Hall is located on the Residential Mall next to the Student Gallagher Center.

First-year, co-ed by wing.

Double and expanded occupancy bedrooms.
Eight rooms are quads.

Furniture Provided

Bed, desk (48 wide by24" deep) and desk chair.
Beds can be bunked in double bedrooms.
Storage space under the bed up to 35.
Mattresses are 80" long x 36" wide.
Extra long sheets are required.
Tile floors in rooms.

Closet Size

Built in wardrobe measures 21" wide by 73" high by 27" deep (3 per room).
Built in shelve space is 20" wide cy 36" tall with two movable shelves.

Campus cable is provided.
Land-line telephone hook-up provided free of charge upon request.

Common Areas

Laundry facilities, full kitchen and recreation room are located in the basement.
A satellite kitchen is located on the second floor.
A satellite laundry room is located on the third floor.
Vending is available on first and second floors.
