Village Apartments

The Village Apartments was built in 1989 and houses 224 sophomore, junior, senior and graduate students. Apartments # 1-6 are flats. Apartments # 7-29 are two-bedroom townhouses, and # 30-56 are four bedroom units. The Village is conveniently located at the corner of Dana Avenue and Victory Parkway.

Building Type 56 unit complex.
Sophomore, junior and senior students co-ed by apartment.  (Sophomores need to apply and be approved to live in this apartment complex.)
Meal plan is optional.
Room Type Two double bedroom apartments (houses four students) and four single bedroom apartments (houses four students).
Room Dimensions

11' x 19' for a double bedroom.
Suggested Carpet Size 9' x 12'
Window Treatments Mini-blinds.
Windows measure 72" high by 65" wide. No screens.
Furniture Provided Bed, desk (42" wide by24" deep) and desk chair.
Beds can be bunked. Storage space under the bed up to 12 ½".
Mattresses are 80" x 76" long and 36" wide.
Extra long sheets are recommended.
Tile floor in kitchen.
Closet Size Built in wardrobe measures 40" wide by 69" high by 21" deep.
Built in shelve space is 22" wide with two movable shelves.

Data access is provided (wireless and wired connections).
Campus cable is provided.
Land-line telephone hook-up is provided free of charge upon request.
Common Areas Laundry facilities, full kitchen and recreation room are located in the basement. Additional cooking facilities are located on each floor with full kitchenette. Lounge areas are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Vending is available on the ground floor and in the basement.
