University Apartments

The University Apartments are conveniently located at 3849 Ledgewood Drive on the Residential Mall within a block of the Gallagher Student Center. Thre are 13 units that house 37 students.

Building Type	This unit is a substance-free living community for sophomore residents. Meal plan is optional.
Room Type	One bedroom units with kitchenette and bathroom. Occupancy requirement of three students per unit.
Room Dimensions	Bedroom measures 9' x 15' Living room area measures 13' x 19'.
Suggested Carpet Size	Units are carpeted.
Window Treatments	Mini-blinds. Window measures 7'6" wide x 4' high in the living room. Window in the bedroom measures 4'4" wide by 4' high. Screens are not provided.
Furniture Provided	Units are fully furnished with: desk and desk chair (one per student), dining table and chairs, sofa, small stove and refrigerator.

Other Amenities	Tile floors. One apartment in basement (#001) has carpet. Window air conditioning units. Non-smoking. Data access is provided. Wireless and wired connections -- wired ports are located in the living room (1) and in the bedroom (2). Campus cable is provided in the living room. Land line telephone hook-up is provided in the living room free of charge upon request. All utilities included.
Common Areas	Mailboxes are located in the entry of the building. Mail delivered by Norwood Post Office. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.
