Manor House
The Manor House Apartments are located at 3855 Ledgewood Drive on the Residential Mall within a block of the Gallagher Student Center. There are 20 units that house 38 students.

| Furniture Provided | Units are fully furnished with: bed, desk and desk chair (one for each student), dresser, and small apartment sized stove and refrigerator. Closet are open without doors. Mattresses are 80" long and extra long sheets are strongly recommended. |
| Other Amenities | Window air conditioning units. Non-smoking. Data access is provided (wireless and wired connections). Campus cable is provided. Land-line telephone hook-up is provided free of charge upon request. All utilities included. |
