2010 Move-In Information

• Move-in for Incoming First Year Students: Friday, August 20
• Move-in for Upperclass Students and Transfers not attending Manresa: Sunday, August 22 at 10am.
• First meal in the Dining Hall: breakfast on Sunday, August 22.
• Classes start: Monday, August 23 at 4pm.

• Items to Consider Bringing
  A checklist of items that would be useful in your room on campus.  Remember to coordinate items such as microwaves, TV's, etc. with your roommate(s).
• Meal Plan Changes/Additions/Deletions
  If you would like to make a change to your meal plan, please submit your name, banner number, email address, phone number, current meal plan and what new meal plan you would like.  Once your request has been received, Auxiliary Services will send an email to confirm this has been done as your receipt of change.
• Phone Line Request Form
  Land-line telephone numbers (one per room) are available upon request for local telephone service. You need to provide your own plug-in telephone to receive this service.
• Xavier Student Handbook
  The Xavier Student Handbook lists XU policies and procedures. Good information to know prior to your arrival.
• Residence Hall Carpets
  Rooms at Xavier are not carpeted.  The Resident Student Association has made arrangements for you to pre-order a carpet and have it rolled out, under furniture and waiting for you in your room when you arrive on campus.
• Residence Hall Linens Program
  The Resident Student Association has found a convenient, affordable way to ensure you have the correct size sheets recommended for our residence halls.
