Boxing

The Xavier Boxing Club teaches students the fundamentals of boxing.  Any participant can train or compete within the National Collegiate Boxing Association.  We are coached by Gino Dania ('88) who held a record of 13-4 while at Xavier.

Fighters compete against schools such as:  Miami (OH), Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, West Point, Maryland, West Virginia and others.  Over the past three years our fighters have a combined record of 9 wins and 4 losses.  Two fighters have qualified for the regional tournament.  In addition, we have five competitions scheduled for 2009-10.

Membership Dues

• Competitors:  $70/per semester
• Non-Competitors:  $35/per semester

Practice Schedule (Armory)

• Mon-Thurs:  7:00-8:30pm
• Saturday:      1:00-2:15 pm (Sparring)
