SUMMER 2012 Group Exercise Schedule

The Summer Fitness Schedule begins on Monday, May 14.  New Fitness Waivers are required to participate in the Summer programs.  *NOTE*-Tuesday TRX class begins May 22nd, 2012

Thursday

noon-12:30  Upper Body Conditioning  Carrie
Thursday  12:30-1pm  Lower Body Conditioning  Carrie

** New Waivers must be signed at the beginning of each Summer.
