Radiologic Technology Program Application Form

Applicants to the RT program must be accepted by Xavier University as an undergraduate student before applying to the radiology technology program.  After acceptance into the university, applicants must copy the RT application form, complete the form, and return the form by mail to the program director.

NOTE:  It is common for RT programs in the State of Ohio to form waiting lists for admission into RT programs.  Xavier has a waiting list of one to two years for the radiologic technology program.  Currently, your application will be considered for August 2013.  If you are accepted into Xavier but placed on the RT program’s waiting list, you can use this year to begin working towards a bachelor's degree.  Please call the RT Program Director if you have any questions about the waiting list for the RT program or if you have interest in pursuing a bachelor’s degree during your waiting period.
