Purchasing Card Program

Xavier has implemented a new purchasing card program (fall 2008).  The credit card program is the One Card provided by U.S. Bank and Visa. This program replaces the current MasterCard.

The One Card purchasing card program offers significant advantages over the current credit card program in a number of ways. Most notably, reconciliation and approval of credit card transactions is performed through U.S. Bank’s Access® Online, thus eliminating check requests and manual data entry for credit card payments.

All cardholders and cardholder administrators are required to attend training in the use of U S Bank’s Access® Online application, and to learn of new University credit card procedures.
