Xavier Buy (SciQuest)

Xavier Buy is an application that facilitates a campus-wide e-procurement system.  The application is provided by SciQuest, and is fully integrated with Banner.  The e-procurement system is being branded as Xavier Buy, which will serve as the gateway link for University purchasing.

• A comprehensive browser based application that facilitates the entire purchasing process through payment of transactions.
• Requisitioners shop pre-configured on-line catalogs, create point and click requisitions, submit requisitions electronically for approval and acknowledge receipt of goods; all from their desktops.
• Purchase orders delivered to suppliers via: cXML, email, or fax.
