Welcome to PREP
Xavier's Priority Registration Experience Program (PREP) is the perfect way for both incoming students and their parents to begin their Xavier registration experience. From meeting new friends to leaving with your first fall semester class schedule in hand, the PREP program is a wonderful experience for the incoming freshman class. If you have been accepted, and submitted your deposit to Xavier, then get going by registering through the Road to Xavier and finding out more about the PREP program.
PREP Fast Facts
- PREP is Xavier's Priority Registration Experience Program.
- Last year, 90 percent of the incoming freshman class attended PREP.
- At PREP you will have the opportunity to find about more about Xavier, meet with an academic advisor, finalize the selection of your fall classes, obtain your college I.D., and meet other members of the incoming class.
- To register for PREP, all accepted students must have submitted a tuition deposit to Xavier's office of admission.
- PREP is a great way to start your Xavier experience and creates a true sense of belonging.

Registration
- PREP registration is an on-line process. Before registering, you must have already submitted your tuition deposit to Xavier's office of admission. To register for PREP, log-in to the Road to Xavier website with your username and password.

Also available
- Financial assistance: From Noon - 4:00 pm, individual financial aid counseling will be available in the Office of Financial Assistance, 1st Floor Schott Hall
- Work-Study: From 2:00 - 4:00 pm, students receiving college work-study awards must see the on-campus employment coordinator in Alter Hall, Room 110. Please bring all completed paperwork.
- Student Support Services Trio Program (SSS): Students in the Student Support Services program should meet with a SSS staff member. The SSS staff will be available from 1:30 – 4:00 pm in the lobby of Alter Hall.
- Bookstore: The University Bookstore will be open in the Gallagher Student Center from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
