MINUTES FOR THE ESTABLISHED XAVIER PLAYERS MEETING

President Brandon Martin began the meeting at 1:29 p.m. in the Studio Theatre

 

Show Updates

Toolbox/Forest – We are in tech week! We have skits and improv. Come and see us!!

Songs/Chelsea – Congrats those cast in Songs in the Key of…!

o   It was an incredibly difficult casting process because we had 38 amazing people come out and audition!

o   For those cast, please see Chelsea or email her at esmeierc@xavier.edu if you would like to audition for a specific song.

Workshop/Katie – Submit scripts for Workshop

 

OPERATIONS OPPORTUNITIES

DATES: THURSDAY, DEC. 6th at 8 p.m., and FRIDAY DEC. 7th at 7 and 10 p.m.!

·         If you would like to help with concessions, box office management, or ushering for Toolbox, please contact Will at clemensw@xavier.edu and Amelia at ryczeka@xavier.edu

·         Thank you Sean for your awesome work as Concessions manager!

·         Because of Sean’s departure, the position of concessions manager is open to anyone! Please fill out the application on OrgSync and send to Will no later than January 18th by 5 p.m.

·         Free tickets for those who are volunteering.
