Any student designing scenery, lights, costumes, makeup or sound for the production is nominated to attend the Regional Festival. Their work will be exhibited and reviewed by guest professional designers. One design in each category will receive a cash prize and will also be chosen to represent the region at the National Festival. In Washington, students will be invited to participate in seminars with nationally recognized designers and will be eligible for further awards. ACTF also sponsors activities separate from realized productions.
