Campus Events

Campus Services assists requests for tables, chairs, grills, recycling/trash receptacles, risers and staging for campus events held outside of the Cintas Center. Please contact Campus Services Event Team 745-3926 or main office at 745-3151 early in the planning process so we can properly meet your needs. Student events need to have prior approval from the Office of Student Life.

Please check Student Involvement for the form. It should be completed and submitted as soon as possible to avoid conflicts with other space reservations.
