Rent-A-Text Arrives at Xavier University
We are pleased to announce that the Xavier Bookstore is now offering textbook rental services. The Rent-A-Text program saves students 50 percent or more off the cover price of the nation’s most popular textbooks. More than 400 titles are available for rent and the list continues to grow.
“We hope to save students some serious cash this term,” said Susan Griffin, director of the Xavier Bookstore. “Rent-A-Text makes course materials more affordable and offers benefits to students that no other rental provider – online or otherwise – can match.”
In addition to promised savings, Xavier’s textbook rental program offers:
- Same Day Service: Students can rent textbooks in-store or online, ensuring they have the right textbooks the day they need them.
- Real-life Usage: Students have the freedom to highlight and take notes all within the normal wear and tear associated with coursework. Just keep them in reusable condition.
- Greatest Number of Payment Options: Students can choose from a variety of ways to pay for their textbook rental, including financial aid and X Cash.
- Extra Spending: Up-front savings on the cost of textbooks can be applied to school supplies or other items students need to succeed.
Rent-A-Text is made available through Xavier’s ongoing partnership with Follett Higher Education Group.
