Director's Note
Congratulations to our Class of 2011. To the parents of these graduates, we extend a great big ?job well done? for all of your support over the last few years. It is such a wonderful accomplishment for all.
We are taking a break from our newsletter in June and July. Look for us again the third week of August, as we prepare for the start of the fall semester.
Take time and enjoy your student(s) this summer.
Regards,

Office of the Bursar
This is an ideal time to have your student check the balance on his or her bursar account. Make sure there is no outstanding balance for the spring or prior semesters. Diplmoas for graduating seniors will be held if there is an oustanding balance.
Two changes are taking place within the bursar?s office that will impact your student. The first is a slight change in Xavier's payment plans. Effective this summer, the bursar combined the "Payment-in-Full" plan with the "Five-Payment" plan and now call it the "X-Flex Payment" plan.
The second change relates to the appearance of Xavier's eBill. The due date and current due have been removed from the eBill. To find out the due date and the current due, authorized users should log into the University ePayment site and click on the payment plan in which your student is enrolled. You may avoid interest charges by paying the total balance in full on or before the first due date of the semester. Keep in mind that every student is required to enroll in a payment plan each semester.
For more information about these changes, visit the FAQ section of the bursar's website. For more information, contact the Office of the Bursar at 513-745-3435 or xubursar@xavier.edu.
