July 2010 Office of Parent Relations Newsletter

Dianne Fisk Director's Note

I hope your summer is going well and that your students have settled into life at home.

The month of July is one of great transition on campus with the completion of the new James E. Hoff, S.J., Academic Quad. Faculty and staff begin moving into their new offices in the Conaton Learning Commons this week, while most employees in theWilliams College of Business already have relocated to the new Stephen and Dolores Smith Hall. Read more the moves later in this newsletter.

I will be traveling around the United States to attend student sendoffs through next month and look forward to meeting our new students and families there. A special thanks goes to our current parents who are opening their homes to host the sendoffs. Visit www.xavier.edu/parents to see if there is a sendoff scheduled in your area.

As always, if you need assistance, don't hesitate to call or e-mail our Office of Parent Relations.

My Best,

Dianne Burns Fisk
