Though it may be cold here in Ohio, the semester is hot with activities such as alternative break
planning, student government elections, the World Quest trivia competition, student trips to Nicaragua and Ghana for
academic service and, of course, men and women's basketball. We hope you will attend the Parents' Day basketball game
Sunday, Feb. 28, when Xavier takes on A-10 rival Richmond. Visit the parents web site for information on purchasing tickets.

The priority deadline to file for need-based financial aid is quickly approaching: Monday,

Career Services Center
The Career Services Center has a variety of programs and events in January and
February. Read about all the programs going on through February.
Sophomores, juniors, seniors also have the opportunity to participate in Uncensored, a six-week professional development series designed to help minority students network and
learn valuable workplace skills. The program is organized by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Career Services Center
and TRiO Student Support Services.
Reminder: Non-business majors who would like a professional mentor may apply for the Spring Mentoring Program by Monday,
