Important News from the Bursar’s Office
Please make sure your student has checked the status of their bursar account. Students with past due balances may be subject to class cancellation. Students can check their account by logging onto the portal or viewing their September invoice when it arrives. If they need more information, they can email firstname.lastname@example.org, call 513-745-3435, or stop by 135 Alter Hall Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
If your student has not yet completed a Payment Agreement form, they can do so by logging into the portal, clicking on the Student Services tab along the top, clicking on Payment Agreement on the right side, and following the instructions.
Finally, if your student wants to give you access to information on their bursar account, encourage them to stop by the Bursar’s Office in 135 Alter Hall and complete a Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) form if they haven’t already done so.
