Upcoming Career Services Programs


The Career Services Center is offering the following programs for the remainder of February and early March:

Choosing the Best Major for You
Date: Friday, Feb. 19
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Gallagher Student Center Theater

Program overview: The average college student changes their major four times throughout college. For those who are undecided, the change may be more frequent. This workshop guides students who are undecided in assessing their strengths and interests in their journey of choosing a major.


Spring Career Fair: Jobs, Internships and Diversity Reception
Date: Tuesday, Feb. 23
Event: Diversity Reception
Time: 1:30 p.m.– 2:30 p.m.
Location: Joseph Club (behind student check-in at Cintas Center)

Event: Career Fair
Time: 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Location: Cintas Center

Program overview: All students seeking full-time employment, internship or co-op experience, and/or summer job opportunities are invited to attend the Spring Career Fair. Employers representing various non-profit, government, health care and business organizations will be on hand to meet students to discuss opportunities.

Career Road Trips to the Real World

Application deadline: Monday, March 8
Date: Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20

Program overview: Female sophomores are given the opportunity to meet a variety of employers in the greater Cincinnati and Columbus areas on a two-day field trip. Meals, travel and lodging are funded by a CHAMPS grant by the NCAA. To apply and learn more, click on the Internship Events web page.
