Journey Retreat for Freshmen

The Journey retreat, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 20-21, and sponsored by the Office of Campus Ministry, is designed to help first-year students build friendships and community while pondering the answers to the following questions:

• Who am I?
• Who is God?
• Who are we together?

Throughout the retreat, students will be given the opportunity to reflect individually on their own life experiences and how those experiences helped shape their identity and their image of God. Students also will gather for small- and large-group activities in the hope of participants gaining a deeper awareness of who they are as individuals and as a community and to know more intimately a God who lives them unconditionally.
