Office of Strategic Information Resources

Welcome!  The mission of the Office of Strategic Information Resources (OSIR) is to help improve the quality, accuracy, standardization, accessibility, and availability of information provided to institutional decision-makers and constituents, government agencies and education-sector organizations, and students and their families.   Addtionally, OSIR works collaboratively with Xavier's departments and divisions to help provide results-driven planning and project management and change initiatives through streamlined processes and procedures.   

 

     Our team is responsible for:

  • Collecting, approving, and reporting Xavier official data and information to the U.S. Department of Education and other various state and accrediting agencies.
  • Institutional research and analysis to support decision-making, university planning, and assessment.
  • Maintaining, training, and supporting the operational and analytical reporting tools including, WebFocus, iStrategy, and Microsoft Reporting Services. 
  • Conducting surveys, outcome studies, and analyses to support assessment and evaluation. 
  • Managing Xavier's technical project portfolio from project inception to closure.
