Just because you're not on campus doesn't mean you're out there on your own. We're here and eager to help. From computer questions to financial First Aid, we offer the same the resources and support to online students as those on campus.

Help Desk

Located on the third floor of the Conaton Learning Commons, the Connection Center is an integrated service point, blending library and help desk services to support the technological and informational needs of the Xavier community. The Help Desk is the University's central hub for technical help. Contact the Help Desk at 513-745-HELP (4357) or or via the Request Technical Support form.

The Knowledge Base and the Technology Services website offer 24/7 self-service with searchable solutions to common technical problems.

Learning Assistance Center

The Learning Assistance Center (LAC) provides support services to facilitate learning. The LAC has two main purposes: tutoring and disability services. Our tutoring services include subject specific tutoring, drop-in sessions, study skills assistance, and Supplemental Instruction (SI). For students with documented disabilities, our disability services provides accommodations such as extended time on exams, reduced distraction testing environment, note-taking assistance, and assistive technology. We provide these services in a positive and encouraging environment which promotes appreciation for diversity and Cura Personalis.

The Library is the University's central hub for information, with e-books, articles and journals, research databases, media and course material available digitally, in addition to print collections. Visit the Library website for self-service options, contact information, or to schedule a consultation with a librarian to assist with your research.
