The Support You Need
Just because you're not on campus doesn't mean you're out there on your own. We're here and eager to help. From computer questions to financial First Aid, we offer the same the resources and support to online students as those on campus.
The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition and fees.
Located on the third floor of the Conaton Learning Commons, the Connection Center is an integrated service point, blending library and help desk services to support the technological and informational needs of the Xavier community. Learning Assistance Center
The Learning Assistance Center (LAC) provides support services to facilitate learning. The LAC has two main purposes: tutoring and disability services. Our tutoring services include subject specific tutoring, drop-in sessions, study skills assistance, and Supplemental Instruction (SI). For students with documented disabilities, our disability services provides accommodations such as extended time on exams, reduced distraction testing environment, note-taking assistance, and assistive technology. We provide these services in a positive and encouraging environment which promotes appreciation for diversity and Cura Personalis.
The Library provides a number of services and resources for online students, including research help and access to books, e-books, databases, and articles. See the Library’s page for online students for access to this range of support.
The Office of the Registrar oversees all information regarding class registration, transcripts, schedule of classes,course descriptions and more.
Student Success and Parent/Family Outreach
The Office of Student Success and Parent/Family Outreach's goal is to help students become graduates of Xavier. It offers programs, support and advice to all students as they grow from year to year.
